Distressed DXB is a Dubai-based brand operated in Dubai, with its principal place of business in the UAE. References to “we”, “us” and “our” in these Terms mean Distressed DXB and its operating.

Nature of Our Service

Distressed DXB connects investors with Dubai property opportunities, including below-market or “distressed” deals sourced through our network of owners, brokers and other partners. We provide information, introductions and deal summaries. We are not a bank, financial adviser, tax adviser or law firm. Any decision to buy, sell or invest in property is your own responsibility and is made at your own risk.

No Financial or Investment Advice

All information provided through our website, WhatsApp messages, emails, PDFs, calls or any other channel is for general information only. Nothing we provide is intended to be, or should be taken as, financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You should carry out your own due diligence and seek advice from independent professional advisers before making any investment or entering into any contract.

Accuracy & Availability of Information

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but property markets move quickly and details can change or be withdrawn without notice. Prices, yields, discounts, availability and other figures are indicative only and may not be current or complete at the time you read them. Fees & Commissions
